Practiced in many techniques that add depth, texture and fine detailing, creating a really unique work of art with my customers is something I am passionate about, and makes my soul sing to be in my studio every time! Traditional heritage skills such as kiln-fired painting, silver stain and enamels are seen in most of my work. Mixing them with modern crafts such as copper foil (Tiffany style) fusing, etching and sandblasting to create layers of interest within each panel. You may have a clear idea of design and colour, or you may be looking for inspiration. Contact me to chat design, traditional or contemporary. I work closely with you to create your vision in the stunning medium of glass.
I provide a full professional service working in Restorations and In Situ repairs of historic stained glass. Including removal and reinstatement of the stained glass panel/s, part through to full restorations at my workshop, near Exeter, Devon. For insitu’s, all work is undertaken at the site.
Work is charged at £35 per hour, plus materials. Materials and design time (for commissions) are paid upfront as a non returnable deposit. The rest is paid on completion. *Subject to variation on larger projects.
